WARRANTY AND RETURNS
Great Deals Direct To U generally offers a 12 month warranty to all products, unless stated otherwise. Some products will be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind. Please refer to the product listing for warranty period.
You are required to notify Great Deals Direct To U immediately in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. You MUST provide evidence of your purchase by supplying your order number. No returns will be processed without your order number.
Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval. We reserve the right to refuse a refund/replacement in the event of a customer changing their mind or choosing incorrectly.
RETURNS OR REFUNDS (if applicable)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This is not negotiable.
To complete your return, we require your original order number. We can not create a return without this.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) including where a returned item is not in its original condition, original packaging or is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error OR any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping to you and a restocking fee will be charged and will be deducted from your refund.
You must use a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without this.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds or partial refunds take approximately 14 days to process from our end.
